1. Why are your prices not displayed on some products?

A majority of our posters and lithographs have prices listed. However, some of the artworks do not have prices listed. Our prices are not displayed for these mediums due to the value of these artworks going up every day.


2. How can I obtain a price on a product with no price?

There are 3 ways to obtain the most up-to-date pricing

a. Call our gallery at (212)768-3160 and speak to a staff member
b. Click on the "Call For Price" icon located on each product page.
Please specify which product it is you are inquiring about

3. How can I purchase an item?

There are 5 ways to purchase an item

a. Add the product to your cart and fill in the necessary information (All Customer Information is kept in a secure database and is kept confidential)
b. Call our gallery at (212)768-3160 and speak to a staff member
c. E-mail us necessary information (All Customer Information is deleted after transaction)
c. Using PayPal. An arrangement of an invoice from the PayPal website is possible
d. Cash


4. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards:

a. Visa
b. Mastercard
c. American Express
d. JCB
e. Discover
f. Diner's Club


5. Do you accept layaway?

Layaway is available on a per-case basis. Please contact the gallery for more information. In most instances, a 50% deposit is needed. Subsequent payments not need to be 50%.


6. How is the artwork packaged for shipping?

Depending on the medium of the art, we make sure to use the best material so it is not damaged during transit:

a. If artwork needs glass, Plexi-Glass is used so the glass does not shatter
b. Two layers of large bubble are used to surround the art
c. A Custom-made cardboard box is made
d. The entire package is then wrapped in brown paper
e. Insurance is available on shipments

Unframed art will be rolled and shipped in a heavy-duty tube


7. What shipping companies do you use to ship

For domestic shipping within the United States, we use:
a. UPS
b. FedEx
c. USPS
d. DB Schenker
e. Walsh Delivery Services (within New York City)

For overseas shipping, we use:
a. DHL
b. DB Schenker
Please note, shipping quotes door-to-door cost more compared to shipping quotes door-to-airport and door-to-business


8. What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds. We offer a 30-Day Exchange Policy or store credit. There is no exchange or refunds on custom framing


9. Do you purchase artwork?

We only purchase artwork directly from a publisher or artist studio. We do not purchase from individuals. Please do not e-mail asking if we purchase artwork.


10. Where are you located?

We are located in the heart of midtown New York City. Our temporary address is:
655 Third Avenue (bet. 41st and 42nd Street)
New York, NY 10017

We will be returning to our original location in July 2013 at:
112 West 44th Street
New York, NY 10036
(Between Times Square and 6th Avenue, directly under the U.S. National Debt Clock, Across the street from the Belasco Theatre)


11. Do you accept corporate accounts for custom framing?


We have many corporate accounts in the metropolitan area. We also offer free pick-up and delivery for these accounts


12. What is the turn around time for custom framing?

Depending on the availability of the frame and the complexity of the order, most framing orders are completed in 1-3 business days.


13. Do you charge sales tax?

There is no sales tax charged to customers who live outside of the state we operate in, New York State, USA. We only charge sales tax to customers who live in the state we operate in, New York State, USA.
